Our Funhouse: Terms and Conditions

  • Children attending Our Funhouse MUST be accompanied by the adult (18 years and over) who signed them in for the duration of their play session. The adult can NOT leave the child unattended as we are not a childcare facility. We will inform the POLICE if this situation arises.

  • Children will be monitored by staff, but it is the sole responsibility of the ADULT* parent/carer to supervise their children when entering Our Funhouse. We are not a child care facility.

  • Socks must be worn at all times by adults and children when going onto the frame, failure to do so will result in your child being unable to play.

  • Our Funhouse will not be held responsible for valuables brought onto the premises.

  • The management will not tolerate bullying or inappropriate language. POLICE will be called for assistance.

  • ONLY Food and Drink purchased from OUR FUNHOUSE may be consumed on the premises, anyone found eating/drinking their own may be asked to leave.

  • Anyone found drinking alcohol or under the influence of drugs/drinks will be excluded for life.

  • No animals are allowed except guide dogs.

  • The management reserves the right to refuse entry without prejudice.

  • Our Funhouse car park is STRICTLY no smoking. You will be moved on by staff to appropriate areas designated for smoking. DO NOT SMOKE OUTSIDE THE ENTRANCE DOORWAY!

  • When paying by credit/debit card a fee of 50p will be applied.

  • We request that when bringing a cake for your party please do not bring any knives.

  • We have provided separate age appropriate areas. For everyone's safety please adhere to all age and height restrictions. It remains your responsibility to ensure your child plays in the appropriate areas.

  • During peak periods Our Funhouse will reserve the right to restrict play sessions to 90 minutes.

  • All our play equipment has passed stringent requirements imposed on us from ROSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents). We cannot therefore be held responsible for accidents which occur whilst playing on our equipment.

  • When booking a party your £30.00 deposit is non refundable.
* An ADULT is a person of an age of 18 years.

3 years and older £7.50
Under 3 years £5.50
Under 1 year old FREE
(with paying sibling)
Under 1 year old £2.00
(Without paying sibling. Only 2 adults allowed)
